Course Learning Outcomes, Objectives and Expectations

Physical chemistry is the important discipline of chemical and biological sciences. They both have similar history and are rich in physical properties useful for fundamental and applied research. The science including biological phenomena consider living systems on a molecular basis. Physical chemistry provides a theoretical framework for molecular structure, and components of all biological systems. The objective of this course is to provide students how physical chemistry is important for the studies of bioengineering. Students taking this course will expand their knowledge in thermodynamics and kinetics of the reactions ranging from small to macromolecules.
